Carly Mikulka (Acting/Musical Theatre)
Charlynn Walker (Acting/Musical Theatre)
Carly Mikulka is a recent graduate from UNC Greensboro, earning a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Theatre Education. She has been a member of the Encore family since 2019, teaching, ASMing, SMing, and much more. She is so excited to be back full time and working with the people she loves. She would like to thank her friends, family, and professors for all of the knowledge, support, and opportunities they've given her!
Charlynn is excited to return to her hometown after many years teaching and performing in New York City. She received her BFA in Theater Performance from Virginia Commonwealth University and also studied piano and voice with esteemed professionals in VA and NYC. She has performed and taught at The Classical Theatre of Harlem and has toured nationally with educational children’s theatre productions. She has also worked as a teaching artist in public schools in NYC. Charlynn teaches private voice and piano and is the music teacher at St.John Paul II Catholic School. She also has the privilege of being the middle school Choir Director.She is thrilled to join Encore and continue her passion of helping young artists develop and grow their personal talents in music and theatre!
Stuart Rose (Technical Theatre)
Stuart is the technical director for the Encore! Center. He has been working in theatre for over a decade and a half in almost every element of technical theatre. Outside of Encore! he has worked with Norwegian Cruise Line and many different theatres in the central NC area including Gilbert Theatre, Temple Theatre and Raleigh Little Theatre.
